Shipping

Most items we sell here at DODHero are sent directly from our supplier in
China. As such, delivery times are not always the same. You will typically
recieve your item in 2 - 3 weeks. Faster shipping is not available (As it
costs way too much and would no longer make our product a "Deal"). On most
of our items we offer free shipping to anywhere within the United States.
(We like to think of it as pretty heroic). We do not sell outside of the U.S. (Sorry)

Returns

While our official policy is a "No Returns" policy, this is mainly for
protection from any kind of fraud or abuse. We will try to work with you if
there are any problems with the product. We only accept returns that are
approved by DODHero. Please contact us at Customerservice@DODHero.com. We
will send you an email with return instructions and an R.M.A. number.
